20% Sales Policy & Customer Offering Plan & Management

- Leading with commercial sub-functions in yearly budget planning & spending control.
30% Sales Analysis & Sales Force Effectiveness
- Develop & build internal sales, commercial standard working & operational processes such as standard reports, meeting, new customer appointment...to simplify & drive common commercial communication with crossfucntions..
- Centralize & integrate with sales managers & connect with demand planning to improve sales forecast accuracy.
- Lead with Sales Manager, Technical Solution Manager to initiate Commercial KPIs model by position that to support
- Analyze & Alert to Sales Manager & Commercial Director on customer and sales performance such as - target deliver, product/customer margin performance, sales productivities through developing standard commercial scorecard, KPI target tracking report & follow up improvement plan.
20% Business & Market Intelligent Data warehouse
- Build & manage customer profile, segmentation & database management.
- Track & record Key Farm performance with POP
- Track & record market price movement of fish, shrimp…
- Track & record competitor’s price, activities, new product launch...
- Track & record of sales, margin, AR performance by customer by product species.
15% Commercial & Sales Support
- Responsible to be contact point for 2 ways of communication between field sales, TS and internal cross functions.
- To provide standard data reports (daily, weekly, monthly…) to Commercial Director, Sales, Technical team and/or as per business needs.
- Provide admin task and logistic support to Sales, Technical on customer, sales meeting, conference, seminar.
- Co-work with Marketing, TS, TAM to provide the regular updated Sales Kits (Sales framework, feeding program), working tools for sales.
- Provide support sales team on executed processes of new customer appointment & internal SOP.
- Provide all admin supports to sales team to execute company compliance & safety policy.
